E.P. Services have the experience to carry out all maintenance repairs to difficult access structures. One team, one project. For instance, repairs to a concrete or steel fabricated silo, access, spalling repairs (using modern epoxy or resinous additive mortars), painting and finally the removal of access equipment all completed by the same team of experienced labour.

The plant supervisor or client communicating with one of our supervisors for the whole project, storage tanks are built to various designs and shapes and therefore have individual maintenance requirements.

Gritblast - Sandblast - high pressure water cleaning and mechanical cleaning are all methods which E.P. Services are familiar with and use for industrial maintenance. Water based, epoxy, phosphate, chlorinated rubber: there is a protective coating available for each project and environment.

Bridge painting - Coastal D. F. Towers and Jettys - Chemical insulation structures to floodlight standards are inspected and maintained by our company.

A visit from one of our technical staff to offer advice, recommendations, or a general chat about future maintenance programmes is all part of our service.
