E.P. Services provide a Nationwide Inspection Service. Difficult areas of access can be brought down to earth by means of a photographic or video survey.
Minimum equipment is required for this service so costs are kept low. Should an engineer or supervisor require first hand information, safe access can be provided by way of a suspended powered platform. Photographs are taken of defective material such as loose or eroded brickwork, spalling to concrete, metal fatigue or general wear and tear, due to everyday use.
Following the inspection, a full written report is compiled and presented to your company in a hard backed file along with photographs, suggested recommendations and quotes.
The file is a maintenance record recognised by leading insurance companies when a structural review is required. The upper reaches of high structures cannot always be defined as being in a safe condition until a close examination is carried out.
Regular surveys and early remedial action saves costly and more serious damage to industrial buildings and structures, which, if left unattended may also result in them being a safety hazard toward the works employees.
